The Groves Vacations from $729

We were in room 302 which has a sea view and was very clean and well presented. My only comment on the room is it was very warm, it felt like the heating was on, even though the outside weather was 20 degrees and overcast. I was also a bit surprised at the additional £50 I was asked to pay on check in (????), although this is refunded when you check out. The staff are very nice and the hotel very good and I would recommend a stay here. The hotel is very high up and there are a lot of steps to climb if the tramway isn't working from the beach to the top of the hill. Overall I was very pleased with our stay at the Crown Spa Hotel and would certainly revisit.

Only a brief visit but I slept well, the shower was good and the room quite spacious.

Such a cute Hotel, in a very central convenient location. Our room was ready for us to check in early which was a lovely surprise. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if im ever back in York. Thankyou.

Lovely hotel just very poor room service, paid £29 for 2 sandwiches and one was really stale bread, really not good.

The hotel is is a great location and on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly and the room was lovely, a good size, very clean and with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I would definitely recommend it.
