"We arrived at 10:00 pm and received an upgrade. That was good. However, the additional cost for a late checkout was 25 Euro, which we therefore did not take. The regular checkout was 11 pm - merely 13 hours later. I put the tag not to be disturbed, but the cleaner nevertheless knocked on the door at 10:40 or so. That was unpleasant and not correct."
