The room was very clean and cozy with a kitchenette and amenities. I believe it is a state law/policy on laundry, but no softener on fancy towels. I wish they were just little bit more fluffy/softer. That could be improved with e detergent they use and material if the towels. This trip don’t allow me to spend multiple days in this relaxing location and I missed an opportunity to explore the resort. But people are very friendly and all guests I met on the property looked so happy.
