The staff was very friendly. We were disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel. It is starting to show heavy wear for a 5 star rating. Our room had hair on the shower drain and toilet paper holder broken from wall. Front desk staff very apologetic and had housing keeping and maintenance address the problem. Couldn't relocate to another room because they were booked full, so our 3 day parking was compensated. A nice gesture. Pool
area was in rough shape. Grass growing up through bricks, mold on wood tables, umbrella broke, trash, dirt and liter under all outside furniture.

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend and loved it! It was so quiet and relaxing! The room and shared spaces were great! The staff were always readily available and super accommodating! Even had beach chairs for us to use:)

"The location was great for getting to beach. Need to bring sheets for the beds. Never had that required before. We had to purchase trash bags and paper towel but left for the next group. Otherwise it was a good choice to meet our needs and pricing."
