"This property is under new management and they are doing an amazing job. They are lovely to deal with, very friendly and the location is fantastic, right across from the beach, a short walk to Aldi and restaurants and a short drive to the huge shopping centre at Robina.
We booked a renovated apartment with aircon and it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. As the aircon unit is only in the main bedroom, we learned to turn it on early morning and turn on the ceiling fans in the rest of the apartment. This helped distribute the cool air to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature through that day, as it did heat up quite quickly once the sun was up.
While there is construction happening of the new light rail, noise was minimal and it certainly didn't diminish our experience. It will be fantastic and so easy to get around once finished.
Parking is under the building which was a bonus as the street parking is only for 3 hours.
We would definitely stay here again and if your budget allows, book the renovated, aircon apartments if you don't cope with the Qld heat.
