"The property is located on a hill 10 mins walk from Paramonas beach. The view from the property is the main selling point and is absolutely stunning. The pool is large and maintained daily. The property itself is spacious with 2 balconies and a large terrace. All rooms have working aircon, which was needed! The cleaner came about 4 times during our fortnight. The property could do with some TLC to turn it into a true luxury villa. There were 5 of us and we struggled with the lack of crockery...

"A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. "Very helpful and welcoming landlord. Breathtaking views over the bay, with Corfu town twinkling on one side and the mountains of Albania in the distance. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to explore the island. It should be mentioned that there are 55 steps from street level to the door....it will get you fit. The view is worth the climb!"

"Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub."

"We stayed at the villa with our adult ‘children’ and it was everything we expected and more. The villa has plenty of ‘break-away’ areas - so if you don’t feel like being around the pool area with everyone else you can curl up with a book or a glass of wine on the verandah or in the swing chair in the shade. The location was fantastic and beautiful beaches were a short drive away, as were some small supermarkets where you could buy your provisions for the villa. Would love to return again...
