Bell mountain has received a facelift. To the dismay of some, but the Benefit of all it is now a public viewpoint with a paved road all the way to the top. At the top you will now find multiple observation balconies. It stoically stands over Lake Chatuge. From here you can see the North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia smokies.
