We started at the market at the top and bought some Maras salt to take home, then we walked the entire rim of the salt mines...wear grippy shoes as the path is narrow in places. Then we followed the path down to the bottom of the canyon, around the side of the mountain to your right, crossed the bridge which was where our driver picked us up.
