“Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again.”

“Very agreeable staff. Clean room. Tucked away in residential area on side street. Close proximity to square, Hot water for shower was nearly non-existent and Resort view is definitely not worth the additional expense. Tiny rooftop deck that accommodates 2 guests max. Leaving the door open brought street noise and smell of smoke from local neighboring street market. Overall sweet but only at a reduced price.”

“There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.”

“An incredible, once in a lifetime experience. Amazing views, unique amenities, wonderful hospitality and 5 star gourmet breakfast included. The animal farm was adorable and the views from the condors nest were breathtaking . Make sure to take advantage of the free activities offered. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to experience the sacred valley”

“We had a wonderful stay at Lilium Valley! The rooms were always clean, and the hospitality from the entire staff was exceptional. Every day we were welcomed with a delicious cup of tea, and the staff was always happy to help us arrange transportation and answer any questions we had. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with our reservation, and it was excellent. The food was fresh, and they prepared our eggs exactly the way……

“Right in the center of town, we got up in the morning (they actually packed up aTakeaway breakfast for us) and walked four blocks to the train. They were actually very helpful the next day when it turned out, our agent had not planned for our return to Cusco so we got back to the hotel and they called a friend who got us a taxi. We were pretty tired. They went above and beyond. I’d recommend this place to anybody going to MP”
