Minami Koshigaya. Japan

Wow….. My first Awa Odori festival and I’m blow away with how much fun I had shooting last night! You almost need to have your head on a swivel to be able to catch everything.

Thousands of dancers and musicians take over a whole suburb with their amazing energy and routines for the weekend.

Using the new Sony a7rii for the first time and it was brilliant in the low light and AF for movement of the performers.

Don't leave Austin without trying a big fat doughnut. Unique flavors that might have been ripped out of a cupcake recipe book. For example, the Son of a Peach doughnut is peach filled with cinnamon, sugar and cake-mix topping. Yum!

New location on 1st Street, a short 5min drive from downtown.
