The staff was so kind and accommodating.

The Tirant Hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size without being huge. We were a family of 4 with two teenage kids so we book two rooms. The rooftop terrace and pool are fantastic to get away from the hussle and bussle of the streets below. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options

We were greeted by Lily when we arrived and she was just as helpful when we left. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to accommodate any requests you have. Loved the location of the hotel and breakfast had a huge selection of deliciously prepared food options. Our room was spacious and I loved standing out on the balcony in the morning and at night soaking in sights. The rooftop bar staff is equally kind and thoughtful and the views are great from the roof. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
