Very clean and super friendly staff. We had issues with the TV, but that only lasted a couple hours. The pool was not in great shape and the water was WAY too cold to swim. Our kids very very disappointed. The beds were super firm. Killed my back, but I know some people like that.

Overall a great place to stay. I stay here at least once per year. A bit irritated by the check in. Not the friendliest person and said that my card was declined. Turns out it was because she attempted to tap it instead of inserting into the machine. I had to use another card and called Visa to find out why. I am Canadian and was staying in U.S.. the checkout service was much better, different person who helped me change to the preferred card. Also, they were ill prepared for the number of people arriving after the football game ended. It’s not their first rodeo. I blame that on the business scheduling. The people working tried as best they could and were very very nice and helpful. Perfect place if seeing Bengals game. Literally a couple blocks away
