“En realidad no es un hotel, estuve 6 noches y nunca funcionó el wi-fi ; le escribí varias veces siempre me decían lo mismo que no estába a su alcance . También tuve problemas con el parqueo por que tenía que buscar parqueo en la calle ; por qué ellos no especifican que no brindan una zona de parqueo privado . En conclusión tendré más cuidado en mi próxima visita a Phoenix.”

“The apartment was EXTREMELY small, the pool and other amenities on the rooftop; especially the furniture were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay. ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...

“Elevator went out several times, I was on the 6th floor. Garbage disposal doesn't work, no iron board, water doesn't drain in tub, standing in water EVERY shower. Kitchen towels smelled dirty, nasty. Didn't use just bought new one's. Bed were so very uncomfortable, sheets cheap and scratchy. Washed the velour blankets and used as top and bottom sheets. Bedrooms blind do not close due to cheap,old, bent blinds. Livingroom blinds fell off when I tried to open to see the garage on opposite side as...
