This is a place, that is beautiful. There are many hundreds of trails to explore, as well as nearby Ancient Indian paintings . 10 miles south of the town are hundreds of well preserved dinosaur tracks . John Wayne made many of his best movies within a 50 mile radius of this location . Indiana Jones was filmed nearby and Thelma and Louise was filmed in this Town !! On your way to Moab and just 33 minutes to the north of down town

Great place
This place worked really well for all our family to gather from various camp sites in the area. Well stocked with plenty of room. The bbq was really clean, which was nice when it was used. Loved the deck and outside seating

Great Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here! Great communication with owner. She gave us information on things to do right there in the area that was interesting and beautiful! Got some wonderful pictures! Place was clean and beds were really comfortable. Ice on arrival was a BONUS! Information about Preston Nutter and his wife in our place was fascinating! This place is about 30 minutes from the Arches and Moab, we didn’t mind that at all! Worth it for a place away from tourists and super quiet! Loved it!

Excellent VRBO experience
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Nutter House very much. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with all kitchen and bath necessities, and the decor was lovely. Although the location was quite rural we both really like that and found really interesting places to explore nearby, in addition to going to Moab and Arches. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone visiting the Moab area but wanting to stay in a less hectic, more low key location.

We had 2 couples staying here, and it was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the covered pouch and the nice clean gas grill. We did our cooking outside and made the stay so nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in the area and the VRBO accommodations were great. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The online reservation went smoothly and the owners communicated very well with detailed information. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We’re stay there again if we are in the area.

Satisfied with my stay
My family was traveling between Idaho Falls and Albuquerque to pay our respects to a relative that had passed away. We stayed one night on the way back to Albuquerque and the Nutter house is a fine place to stay. Staff was responsive and easy to work with and the property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Nice place to stop with family, but very rural. It was cheaper than 2 hotels rooms, for us. Not much around. We found it a great place to stop between Arches and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The kitchen was well stocked with nice essentials. They even provided laundry soap and dryer sheets. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed the porch swing even though some of the area close by is a bit run down. Overall, it was a nice facility who's owners are trying very hard to make their customers comfortable.

Home away from home
Great place to stay. Comfortable clean beds. We stayed in the Nutter House and was more than pleased with our accommodations! We had everything we needed. Would have preferred to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be staying again when visiting Moab for Easter Jeep Safari.

We have stayed here 4 times and friends often rent another home next to us. It is always.clean and comfortable. Owners are always available if needed. Love the location! Its a bit.of a drive to Moab but it is worth it to be away from the noise of town. Will definitely be booking for next year again.

Great alternative to Moab
The Nutter House was a great place for my family to stay as we visited Arches and Canyonlands over the President's Day weekend. It is located in Thompson Springs, which is not really near anything else, but if you want a nice house, which is clean and spacious and affordable, this is your place. It is basically a mobile home, but I was surprised at how comfortable it was. It had three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. It was very clean and the common space was nice It was basically a small house with everything you would want. This property is located about 30 minutes from Arches, but cost a lot less than any property in Moab. You may not want to drive that far back on forth if you were spending several days in the area, but for one or two days, this is perfect.
