Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests had to leave hot tub as eyes were burning & making us cough.

"Very basic and in dire need of refurbishment . I guess i got what i paid for ? A single bed room 8 mins walk from the train station ,it had clean bed sheets ,clean towels and was quiet it had a tiny shower room A hotel stuck in the 1980s No tea /coffee or kettle in my room.
