“This property is definitely at the top of the list for romantic getaways. The view is like a painting and the wildlife (birds, squirrels and deer) are plentiful. I stayed 2 nights here with my husband and it was perfect. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home almost instantly. The bed was comfortable as were the lounge chairs and sectional on the deck. Watching movies while in the hot tub was an added bonus. “The house was beautiful, it everything we needed (well almost we couldn't find scissors). Oh WOW all the decorations, the two days we were there we saw new stuff. The hot tub was just what we needed after our long truck there. Down stairs bedroom bed was comfy. We were able to make the hike down to the water. It was a little pokey (all the vines and ferns oh and low branches, hahah) but it was a fun and worth while hike. Thank you ”

We went in early May (which can be spciy with weather), but we got a beautiful week. The time period also allowed for limited bugs, wonderful hiking weather, and zero neighbors. “We had an amazing time at this cabin! Our group of 3 families with small kids had plenty of space and comfort. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The surrounding area was beautiful, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow outside. The host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a family getaway!”
