Thuengersheim is situated approximately 240 miles (386 kilometers) southwest of Berlin, the national capital, and 55 miles (89 kilometers) east of Frankfurt.
You don't have to limit your tour to the attractions of Thuengersheim because the surrounding region has been endowed with numerous interesting sights and attractions. Lohr am Main, is 14 miles (23 kilometers) to the southeast. Here you can experience the Bayersturm and Lohr Castle.
Wuerzburg is about 8 miles (13 kilometers) from Thuengersheim. This center has a diverse range of things to see, such as Falkenhaus, Wuerzburg Cathedral (Dom) and University of Wuerzburg. Should you have the time, visit Juliusspital, Congress Centrum Wuerzburg and Fortress Marienberg before you head back to Thuengersheim.
Go to Bavaria's historic historic palaces, it's an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the area's colorful past. Spend a few hours exploring Bavaria's art galleries, art museums and history museums. These are excellent spots to spend time, particularly on inclement days.
