As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

I’d give more than 5 if I could! The staff went above and beyond - I left my jacket at a hair salon and the hotel staff called the salon and arranged it to be brought back to the hotel before our flight (all within 15 minutes). Aside from the amazing staff, the family rooms were a perfect blend of privacy and closeness. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Will definitely book again when we revisit Hanoi

The was ok and not too clean

The hotel room had no windows, and I had to pay extra for it because my wife has claustrophobia. I paid an extra AU28.50 each day to move to a room with windows.

The hotel is in the center of the old city. On the one hand, it is good that you are in an accessible place and within walking distance to many places in Hanoi. On the other hand, it is difficult to sleep with the noise, especially with the rooms facing the street with the balcony. In addition, there is a noise problem between the rooms, you can hear loudly if there are noisy neighbors. The rooms themselves are quite large, although there is no place to put a second suitcase. The beds are comfortable. And the shower has good pressure and hot water. However, there is a bathtub, which on the one hand is good for those who want to take a bath, but for those who only take a shower and adults, it is difficult to get in and out of the tub and is even dangerous because there is nothing to lean on when entering or exiting the bathtub. The staff is very nice, but most of them do not know English at a good level to respond to Western tourists, although they try to help. However, in a place like this, especially at the reception, a fluent English speaker is needed, since most tourists in the hotel speak English. The 2 elevators are also good, but in one of the two elevators there is a dirty and musty carpet that is not beautiful and not suitable for a hotel. In terms of breakfast There is a sufficient variety in the dining room for breakfast However, everything is at a low level, stale coffee, bland cakes, and if you ask for cappuccino or good morning coffee, it is an additional charge
