Thai Nguyen Province Vacations & Trips from $525

From the moment you check in the staff is incredibly attentive. They greet you with a cup of tea and a pastry and give you a five minute orientation on Hanoi and things to do. An oasis for road weary travelers after a long flight from the US or after hiking the rice terraces in Sapa. Without thinking about it, I mentioned that my stomach was a little upset. Within five minutes of being in my room, they brought me some ginger tea for my stomach. That’s going the extra mile.

Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold! Just impressive

Great location. Excellent breakfast but dated interiors.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.
