I then used my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them the problem, whoever answered the phone just laid it down. I could hear talking & the door chime. I held the phone for another minute ..."

"Maid staff could do a better job. There were black hairs in the tub. (Not mine) the carpet made my bare feet black and I had to lay towels down from the bathroom to the bed as I forgot to bring slippers. The carpet had sticky spots too."
