"Home was exactly as shown and described. Some of us woke up daily to sit and just watch the sunrise. Such a peaceful start to each morning. House was very clean and everything you could need was provided. Plenty of games and puzzles to choose from. Location to Busch Gardens was good. 1.5 hour drive to VA Beach, the ride was relaxing and well worth the trip. Plenty of fish jumping. We had little luck catching them but truly believe it was due to 100 degree heat wave while we stayed there. House temp was great through heat wave and all beds we used were very comfortable. Ruby was great and very quick with her responses. I highly recommend this house to anyone."

"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Property was everything we wanted for a get away. House was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Water was refreshing until the jellyfish decided to pay us a visit. Neighborhood was so quiet. We took morning and evening walks with our dog and she loved it. Saw the occasional deer and rabbit.Kathy was so easy to communicate with. Can't wait to come back!"

"We had 5 households gather including grandparents and 3 kids. The house was plenty big enough. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Excellent gathering options inside and out. We spent our mornings drinking coffee watching the river and evenings playing yard games. Kids had fun on the dock where we saw crabs, jelly fish and even a sting ray. We rented a boat, used the pool at the nearby Marina, and adventures to Tangier island but mostly just hung out at home base. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. "
