The apartment was really lovely, with good space and amazing views. Check in was difficult. We couldn't get the keys until 4pm, despite notifying of our early arrival on multiple occasions, and going to the office when we did arrive at 10am. The apartment was clearly empty and cleaned by early afternoon, but they didn't make any effort to help. Also, they forgot the bed linen, towels and spare keys. Be aware, there is no parking at the apartment, which means you must stop the car temporarily in the busy street and then carry all luggage up a really steep drive for at least 50m.
