Apr 9, 2024 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### Une pépite avec une grosse couche crasseuse, dommage Le Palafour est l'endroit stratégique pour une semaine au ski en famille: ESF, location de skis, tous les départs de ski, croissanterie, piscine,... tout est à proximité immédiate. Le studio est géré par l'agence Roc Blanc. Malgré notre pré-enregistrement à 14h en attendant que l’appartement soit prêt, il a fallut refaire la file à 17h pour obtenir les clefs. Malheureusement, le nettoyage n'a pas eu lieu, ni avant nous, ni depuis un certain temps: sol crasseux, chewing gum au sol, tas de poussières, débris, mie de pain, vêtements des précédents, mouchoirs usagés, coussins sales, nappe collante, plaques de cuisson et crédence grasses et souillées, nourriture séchée dans la vaisselle, tiroirs de salle de bain inutilisables, pas d'oreillers en suffisance,... "Gentiment", un des réceptionniste viendra avec une éponge à récurer frotter le sol à l'eau chaude sur les différentes traces de chewing gum... Le lendemain fin de matinée, après insistance, une autre personne de l'agence viendra nettoyer correctement les surfaces au sol ainsi que la cuisinière. La vaisselle et le reste resteront dans l’état… Pour le nettoyage, l’aspirateur est défectueux au point d’en demander un fonctionnel à l’agence et la serpillère est plus que douteuse et il n’y a pas de produits de nettoyage. Pour clôturer notre séjour, nous aurons l’heureuse surprise d’une visite de l’agence pour faire l’état des lieux de sortie!?? Comment est ce possible d’avoir tro ##### Philippe V.
