Hotel was under renovation. Lobby was completely destroyed. Had to step over torn up tiles to get to check in desk. Staff could not operate systems to bring up reservation and finally gave me room key. When i reentered to go to room, i was stopped and given keys to a different room with no explanation. Breakfast area was closed off and no breakfast was available the next morning.
