I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, but unfortunately this visit was by far the worst. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and this was never mentioned at check-in. Poor. No room to me when I arrived.
The didn't reserved the room to me even I'd fully paid & confirmed by Hotels.com. The receptist is very impolite and just asked me to go to anther hotel which need 15 min driving time.

Spotless modern room. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. Kept up to date via the app and with WhatsApp. Everything explained thoroughly and even had little check ups via text to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back. It was all lovely
