Beautiful Riad, very friendly and helpful staff, but not everyone speaks English. Our room was nice and comfortable. Good stay

Excellent room with great facilities

Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future, it will hold a special place in our hearts

Beautiful inside, nice rooms and staff nice. Breakfast solid too. Only issue is our room was on the bottom floor and near the kitchen (so could hear dishes being washed) and the bathroom seemed to share a window with a families living room. Overall it didn't really affect us but I suspect experience would be better in a room higher up in the building.

The location is perfect—close to everything, yet calm enough to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Fes. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel warm and personal. A special mention goes to Ouiam, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. Every moment at Riad Mazar Fes felt thoughtful and well cared for. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality in the Medina.
