Gorgian Bay cottage for rent in Tiny

  • This four season cottage is located steps away from beautiful sandy Lafontaine beach. With shallow waters and perfect for small kids to go for a splash. The beach is less then 5 minutes stroll to enjoy amazing Georgian Bay sunsets. Our cottage is in perfect location close to beach and many amenities such is deli, liquore store, convenience store. This is our family cottage and we enjoy it a lot with our children.

    On the main floor, guests will find open concept living and dining room and a huge kitchen. The living room is spacious with an electric fireplace, TV with Roku Netflix and free WIFI internet for your entertainment.

    There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (twin over double ) and two sofa beds with twin size mattress in the living room to accommodate guests. All bedrooms have closets. Dining area has 6 person dining table/ chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need ( fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker(10 cup with coffee maker with filter), pans, plates, mugs, cutlery and glassware including kids cups and plates. The cottage is on municipal water and the water is safe to drink and cook with unlike well water.

    There's a sizeable covered deck with extra seating and dinning overlooking the backyard. In the backyard, there is a volleyball net and fire pit to enjoy. Guests are welcome to use BBQ bellow the deck. (Please close the propane tank and put the cover back after the BBQ is cooled).

    Cleaning supplies ie dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap and toilet papper will be provided. Central vac hose, sweep and dust pan located under stairs if needed.

    Please BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS. Pillows and duvets provided. All mattress have mattress protectors.

Superbe maison

C’était notre 2e année avec Farah et nous avons adoré notre séjour! L’ajout de l’air climatisé était plus qu’apprécié :) À quelques minutes de marche de deux plages. En plus, la vignette fournie nous permettait d’aller vers d’autres plages sans tracas! Nous serons fort probablement de retour! Merci Farah :)

Beautiful Cottage

My family enjoyed Farah's home very much. It had everything we needed for the week. The kids enjoyed playing badminton in the backyard and air hockey inside. I loved sitting on the patio drinking my morning coffee and enjoying the views of all the nature surrounding us. We will definitely be back next year.

Lovely Spot

Very comfortable house with lots of space. Lafontaine Beach is beautiful and the Tiny Treats deli has lots of delicious items, including sandwiches to take on a hike in nearby Awenda Provincial Park or on a visit to Wye Marsh and Wildlife Centre.

This property is awesome!!

My family and I spent a week here and had an amazing holiday. The cottage was clean, well equipped and functions very well for a large family. The special little things that were done, like a small welcome basket with treats and a campfire all setup a ready to go were very much appreciated. We all loved the Monarch Butterfly Garden and spent alot of time watching and discovering their various stages. Very good location with short walk to beach, park and very nice deli. My only suggestion on things needed are a new can opener and a water bucket for campfires, although neither detered us from having a wonderful holiday. We will definitely go back!
