I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing. I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests. Overall, our experience was a very good one.

2 night stay prior to cruise the hotel provided a clean and comfortable room, convenient to explore downtown Vancouver and to the cruise terminal. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Parking space are too small

The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. While the hotel has an older charm, our room was immaculate and well-maintained, with a notably comfortable bed. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.
