“Hotel took my money never gave me instructions on the locked door. I had to sleep on front cement porch and go to bathroom in front yard. They never answered my calls or messages to open door. In the morning they were awake. Manager told me she would give me refund but after hours with Expedia customer service hotel lied. This hotel is a scam. Stay away. Worst hotel in my 35 years of traveling”
