“We enjoyed our stay! A little disappointed we weren't able to use the free wine tasting voucher (only stayed one night and the tasting room was closing when we checked in), but not a huge deal. The hotel was beautifully decorated and complimentary breakfast was tasty. Some of the room features could use some TLC. Our door handle was loose, would have liked more pillows, and lighting in the bathroom was awkwardly placed (at eye level right next to the toilet). Going at an off-peak time was nice -……

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“Lovely view of river and the woods. Marina has nice view of river and tasty food. Also like that it’s close to Jamestown and Downtown Williamsburg.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
