In San Damiano, a beautiful 4 km walk across the olive groves to Todi central !

Large EXCLUSIVE pool is situated in a sunny panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.

The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with PVC and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.

Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.

There is a beautiful garden around the house

There is also a playground for children.

The villa has :

3 double bedrooms + 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined)

all the bedrooms have ceiling air fans

there are 5 bathrooms

3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms : 2 with tubs and 1 with shower

both twin rooms have a bathroom with jacuzzi

5th bathroom is on ground floor and has a tub.

one side of the villa is adorned with a colonnade furnished with table, chairs, barbecue and stone made wood oven, ideal for outdoor dining

Just 4 kms through the olive groves..... a wondrous stroll !

And, just a 15 mins stroll to the nearest wondrous restaurant !

Note - Tourist tax of 1.30 euros/persons over 14 years old/day for 1st 4 nights in a month - to be paid in cash on arrival.

NOTE that the refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is an insurance against vandalism eg wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door. This is what has occurred in the past at this villa. We do not charge for normal breakages eg crockery and glassware. To date we have never charged anyone !

IMPORTANT INFO :

The base rate includes up to 6 guests.

Extra guests entail a small extra charge - up to a maximum of 4 extra guests.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

When you are a party of up to 6 guests, you will occupy 3 of the 5 bedrooms - the other 2 bedrooms will be locked.

When you are a party of 7 or 8 guests, you will occupy 4 of the 5 bedrooms - the 5th bedroom will remain closed.

When you are a party of 9 or 10 guests, you will occupy ALL 5 of the bedrooms.
