This was a very nice experience for me and my family. The hotel itself is very nice, but the best part is the service provided by the staff. Extremely courteous and they provided for all our requests. It's in a very nice location with 9 onsens (hot spings) within walking distance. As long as you stay in a hotel in town, you get a free key to access all of them. The hotel provides you with a Onsen outfit that we found very fun to walk around in (like a kimono with jacket and wooden sandels)....

Staff is super helpful. The hotel is not fancy or modern but it all works great for a ski trip. Shuttles to and from the train station and the slopes, rental shop for clothes and skis on site. Plus a great onsen as well. The breakfast was really good. While there is no onsite restaurant for dinner, there is a really good and super affordable restaurant less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing.
