"Overall, the hotel is in fairly poor shape. All of the furniture was banged up, shower head was broken, carpet was bulging or coming loose. The room also had a terrible smoke/mildew smell that we had to air out when arriving. They are in desperate need of a remodel. However, for the price, it was an inexpensive place to sleep for a single night on a business trip. The room, other than the smell, appeared clean. "

"Nice and quiete place good location "

"We recently stayed here for half the summer pricing. We loved that the beach was so close and we could see whales spouting in our room. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The staff was nice and breakfast good. The room was run down though. The tile in the kitchen was cracked and broken in five or six places and we came close to cutting our feet on it repeatedly. The cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms were in very poor shape missing stain and finish on the doors. The kitchen was missing essentials and had three forks. The utensils looked like they came from the dollar store. There was no cutting board, no can opener, etc. Most of the cabinets were empty. The couch in our room had no back rest and looked like a chase lounge. It was not really usable for even two people. The pool and hot tub had green around them and looked like it needed a good cleaning. We would stay here again only because of the closeness of the beach."

"This is a hidden gem place with beautiful oceanfront room. It almost made me not want to leave my room for the whole afternoon (just to enjoy the ocean view and sounds from my bed). The room was well renovated inside with small balcony access that lets plenty of light into the room, nice flooring, toilet has nice bidet option, the bed was big and comfortable, linens were clean and white, TV size was the biggest I have seen from many inns and motels I have stayed for this road trip. It also has the nice walkway to beach with chairs and fireplace. It has a tiny corner for breakfast, but I didn’t mind. Lincoln city beach was also very clean and beautiful."

"The ocean view was great ,the hot tub filled up fast and the water was hot. The suite was clean and very comfortable. .the staff was very friendly. My husband and I are planning a trip back there next year and plan on staying here at The Hallmark Resort."
