Run down property near end of life. Carpet, paint surfaces in general were worn and dirty. Gotta say breakfast was horrible. Quality of food very bad. Perhaps a litle better than the La Quinta in Bend. I will admit I am not easily impressed so most would probably be ok with it.

The property was attached to the Red Bear River Hot Springs, which we enjoyed greatly. We also enjoyed the in-suite hot tub. The room was large and modern and clean.

Had to wait 5 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. Had to wait 10 minutes to check out in the morning at 8 am. How is this an optional service? This is the face of your business! Facility isn't great - a bit tired and run down. Half painted trim, toilet didn't flush well. Wifi signal was weak. We were on the 1st floor near the lobby and only had 2 out of 3 wifi signal bars. Ample parking available and the best part was the decent included breakfast. For the price I was expecting better. Would not recommend
