“Comfortable”

“We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn in Tomah. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and it had everything we needed to feel safe and comfortable during the winter storm. We truly appreciated the excellent service and accommodations.”

“The room and bathroom could use some updating (bathtub in particular). However, everything was clean. Breakfast is basically carbs...not much else. You get what you pay for. It is fine for one quick night. I wouldn't stay there an extended time. It isn't a place to use as a 'vacation' - just a one or two night stay, as a place to sleep.”

“Room was very dirty and in need of multiple repairs. Staff sit outside right next to main entrance and smoke so you are forced to walk through it coming and going. This place has really gone downhill since the change in ownership/management.”

“Property and room were very good. Room was clean, and mostly quiet. The refrigerator was making irritating noises, so I shut it off for the night. Nice little features included bath mat for tub, higher senior toilet, bathroom fan, comfortable bed, 2nd floor walkthrough to family restaurant. Excellent breakfast too!”

We were disappointed that we rented a room there specifically to use the hot tub after a stressful work week & couldn't even use it, as there was a birthday party full of kids in there most of the night. Other than not being able to use the hot tub, the room was clean, bed was comfortable & staff was friendly. Would still stay again”

“Absolutely digusting. The place is very dated which is fine but it was dirty. The pool was closed and it wasn't mentioned on the expedia website. The rooms had weird splatters on the wall, there were stains on the comforter and sheets along with pieces of hair. We demanded a refund but it was refused because we are arrived after check-in time of 3 p.m. It was about 3:30 p.m. We walked out anyway and went to a different hotel nearby.”
