The room was comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot tub seemed cool for a hot tub. The breakfast was above average. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday for some reason so we walked to a nice restaurant close by.

The front desk and restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated. The low lighting in our room was not sufficient. Our bathroom floor was dirty as was the shower curtain. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 9:00 though we were staying a second night thus no need to bother us that early.

This was the third time we had a sofa bed with no linen or extra pillows. Breakfast is always cold. Asked to check out at noon and was told no problem. Used the pool and than was locked out of my room at 11:30. Luckily staff was cleaning on my floor and let me in. A.C. units are a joke. Check-in staff was very nice. Food from the restaurant was wierd. A pound of nasty potatoes with pasta? Had better times here.

This is our usual place to stay when we visit family. The breakfast is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked. The only thing that we did not care for was that the carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. When we got in the shower after walking around the tub floor was black. We stayed there for 6 nights and it would have been nice to have a little larger refrigerator. I always like to got out to the Cheese Factory and bring home cheese. We still plan on staying there again. It is our home away from home. It is reasonable and the closest motel to my son's house.

The room was a disappointment. Wall paper peeling away from the wall, A portable AC unit duck taped to a piece of plywood in the window. A tiny TV a top a cabinet not a where near a 55 inch as stated. Mismatched lamps and to top it all off a lovely view of the new jail

Full service is nice. The amenities could be a tad bit better. Soap didn't clean well so had to buy my own bar. Staff was friendly. The extra fees charged because I booked through third party: Expedia were unfortunate, not sure why that was necessary.

Staff was great. Amenities were endless. Atmosphere was welcoming. But unfortunately the bedroom smelled of mold, blankets, beds, sofas felt moist and wet. Ceiling falling apart, dirty towels, dirty bedding, found pretzels in pull out sofa, found old chicken bone in chair. Bloody towels were left on dinning tables. It’s really sad and unfortunate because it is a great place with a ton of potential and if it were much more updated and the cleanliness was better there would be no complaints. And we came for a baseball tournament and booked many rooms.

This hotel is becoming dated and could use updating/ renovations. The air conditioner wasn't working so a portable unit was in our room. It did keep the room cool but damp. Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. However, our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Yogurt and toppings bar and bacon, eggs, and two kinds of hash browns. Lots of nice common areas inside and outside to gather if you are traveling with a group.
