We had a bit of an issue with our room, but the hotel staff was helpful and generous and made us feel tone care of. The area immediately around the hotel doesn’t have much and the lobby restaurant was often closed or very sleepy. There is a tram 2 minute walk away though that gets you to downtown Lund which has many dining options and interesting sights.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Suitably warm
for winter (cold outside). Excellent breakfast. However fridge in room
did not work. I know room ridges are not all that common
in Europe, but almost standard in similar hotels in Europe
and always in Japan. Entrance to hotel is very difficult
with luggage, but I realize because of location in "old town"
difficult to do anything about.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Front desk was helpful and friendly! Unlike other hotels that have the laundry icon and only provide dry-cleaning services, this hotel actually had a nice self-service laundry room. We walked to the astrological clock, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to the Lund C train station.
