Room was clean. Beds not the comfiest but great location. Guests have access to the spa but it gets very busy as the general public also uses it.

The staff went out of their way to help me and to answer questions. The kitchen is excellent. Location is perfect, walking distance from trains, trams, buses, at the edge of the old town, near the port. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Our stay at Bob W. Ambassador Apartments in Tallinn was highly enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the communication with the hosts was excellent. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town, and there are some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby (Nikolay's Bar Caffee offers a wide range of Russian pies, and you can find excellent Indian food at Saffron restaurant). The transport infrastructure in Tallinn is second to none, and one can easily hop on a bus or a tram to go in any direction.
