Room was spacious and had most things we needed. The host was very welcoming and communicative. The kitchen items weren’t very clean though and I had to re-clean them before I cooked. This could be fixed with better cleaning supplies.

Booked on line so easy. Our two bedroom self contained unit was lovely everything you wanted was available. Special smoking area out the back of our unit private and lovely with table and chairs just a bit to cold out there if you were not a smoker. Not sure what was with the garage attached to each unit. Not sure if they were available to use. Very tight to reverse and head down to the main road. Very busy road.

the unit was great,2 bedrooms,air con, washing machine and dryer..large tv screen comfortable and food 100 mts down the road and 200 mts up the road, great bathroom. if visiting the hospital which is right behind lodge you can walk straight through the back fence. great stay.

Besides needing some updating and TLC the mattresses are very hard on arthritic joints same goes for pillows. But overall great spot handy to where we needed to be.

Elton is very helpful and obliging. He made us feel welcome and was interested in our individual needs and preferences. The Apollo apartment was well equipped with kitchenware, brand new stove, good beds as well as a laundry and dryer. The frig was a prper kitchen sized fridge with freezer. A very good place to stay and handy to the university where we were doing a summer school.

Apollo apartment.

Apartment was comfortable but a bit dated. Parking for my car was unsuitable. Door to the garage was unlocked. Car didn’t fit into garage and other parking was limited. Fridge had a bit of a smell. Shower was hot and pressure was great.

Top accommodation for budget concise families

This is very modest but well keep accommodation. Clean and tidy. Check in was a breeze and everything I needed was there. The Apollo Lodge is centrally located and is within walking distance to CBD and the local Hospital. Very quite units was a bonus, especially being on a main road.

Parking is very bad everyone had a shed but my room because he used my shed for a keeping shop for his cleaning stuff you also have to reverse out into a main traffic Rd to get out of the place

The Apollo

As I've often stayed at the Apollo over the yrs. I do so because its comfortable with what I need, also close to where i need to go to. With a bonus I get a garage to park my car. And I love the sunrises
