The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit requires a new payment -$30 with coupon, which should be clearly disclosed. Reception staff repeatedly advised that weekend parking would cost approximately $11 for 24 hours, and we confirmed this several times. However, when exiting without a coupon, we were charged approximately $36 including credit card surcharge. The day before, the displayed rate was around $46 before applying the $30 coupon. This indicates the $11 figure was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. In addition, the washing machine in the suite was not functioning. One of the main reasons for booking the suite was access to laundry facilities during relocation, so this was disappointing.
