Good parking, helpful staff. Didn’t realise the room I booked didn’t have a heat pump (in winter) but there was a stand alone heater which kept us warm thankfully. Would stay again

The room was nice, clean and at a great location for a stay prior to an early flight out of Auckland or late flight into Auckland. Was perfect and would stay again when travelling. The staff member at reception was super friendly and very helpful.

"Fabulous Stay. Brand new hotel, gorgeous rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Grill Resturant downstairs was outstanding for a dinner in house. The only thing I would ask for was more items on the room service menu."
