“房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。”

“Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!”

“It's the best hotel for me. The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. Although they don't speak English very well, they helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. We deeply appreciated about that. If we visit Matera again in the future, we will still choose this hotel. 建議一到廣場噴泉時就先去information拿紙本地圖，對於尋找飯店的位置幫助較大，因為google……
