After reading the reviews on this hotel I was nervous On arrival some parts were better than I thought, others worse I e mailed the hotel before arriving and did not get a reply, I e mailed again and got no reply, on chasing I eventually got a reply! Poor When booking the shuttle the gentleman was rather rude, reception lady that checked us in was very efficient, on checking out the gentleman was curt and unhelpful Room was ok Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had, set up in a conference room with rows n rows of tables, the food was bland and poor, very disappointed

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property has very extensive grounds and large pool . There is a pool bar which plays really loud music not pleasant or relaxing ! The sun beds are cheap and a lot of them are broken. There are two huge out of service water slides which dominate the garden around the pool . Really ugly ! The rooms are very dated and dark, the whole property needs a complete renovation/ refurbishment. Breakfast 5/10 . Dinner in the restaurant was very good and inexpensive. Overall could be a lovely hotel but extremely dated. Do not expect luxury!

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. El hotel es viejo y no renovado, las habitaciones son pequeñas y con acabados viejos , el baño tiene una cabina de ducha tan pequeña que no puedes Jabonarte, la atención del bar es descortez. Lo bueno es la playa, pasas un excelente dia ahi, luego debes enfrentarte a la habitacion pequeña .

Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.
