Well it was cheap but toilet seat one fixing . Flush toulet and it falls off the wall . Wall paper hanging off. Shower well rusty and only one fixing. I hope they get it sorted. Maybe tell potential customers that work is under going . And work in progress

Very disappointed with this hotel, room was in need of decoration, skirting boards were thick with dust, hot water eventually came through after running shower for 20 minutes, pillows were very thin, no bar, swimming pool was covered by tarpaulin,

Fabulous location and thats all. No staff around. Room needs updating. Patio door to balcony off the runners. Balciny paint stuck to feet and dirty. Toilet wouldnt flush then nearly flooded. Wardrobe dropping to bits. Tried on numerous occasions to contact them before and during our stay, all automated and was given email address and no reply! Very disappointed and left early, could if dine with seeing someone. Wasted £300

It was a nice stay for one night but the double mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the carpet had stains on and the bathroom wall had brown marks by the radiator

Place was ok if you need somewhere very cheap to stay the night. Hotel itself is very run down, the shower was scorching to the point we couldn't use it. Bedding smelt musty and of cigarettes. Check in, wasn't smooth as no one at front desk so how to call a number and wait. Would not stay here again

Had to make 2 calls to get into the hotel, drug paraphernalia in room under edge of bed, no cold water running, couldn't shower because of scalding water and had to tune tv in myself with limited connection

The single bed was like sleeping on a rock, there was dirt and dust on everything and plug sockets hanging off walls. Very old fashioned hotel and staff not readily available as they were mostly hidden away in the office or out the back smoking.

You get what you pay for!
There was a musty smell as soon as we entered. The room was tiny, dusty and stifling hot! The service was shocking as there was no-one about! The noise from other residents was horrendous all night long which made us feel uneasy and kept us awake all night! We left the next morning and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our stay

Terribly run!!
Terrible experience from the start. It took me nearly 40 minutes to check in due to literally no staff anywhere to be found. 2 people came in who were high as a kite and said “good luck finding staff, they’re all drunk!” Eventually when I did stumble across a member of staff she was obviously drunk as she didn’t reply to anything I asked. Just rushed up get me checked in and to my room. The room was filthy. The bath and sink were still dirty and had the previous residents hair in the bath and sink. The room hadn’t been vacuumed as there was bits sticking to my socks all over. I spent an hour listening to 2 intoxicated people arguing outside my room with no one attempting to resolve this or move it outside. And the walls were so thin I could hear every conversation word for word. I took valuable belongings with me as I just didn’t feel they were safe to be left which is sad ok itself. It was cheap but not worth it.

Tatty & run down but rooms OK for one night
Arrived at 7pm to find front-door locked and all of the "call us if you need help" numbers on the door were either out of service or went to voice mail. Eventually a lady, who said you didn't actually work there, heard me knocking, let me in, and went off to "find someone". Once he appeared check in was easy (I'd pre-paid) and my room was surprisingly comfortable, especially given the tatty & messy public areas (frankly it looked closed down). Shower was rubbish, but the water was hot and the bed comfortable. To be fair based on just on the room (which for a one night stay is the important bit) it was great value for money at any time, and especially in Torquay in school holidays. If all you're looking for is low-cost bed & bath for the night (as I was) it's OK Just a word of warning re parking fees. It is £7 overnight"(pretty standard rate for the area) BUT "overnight" here is 7pm to 8am; if, like most folk on holiday, you check in around tea-time and don't leave first thing you're going to get hit with extra hourly costs as well Overall it's pretty typical of cheaper seaside hotels that have gone significantly downhill since their better days, and are now being run to a shoestring budget.

Cheap ..no food nor bar .mid September..there are shops close by though...I didnt see any other guests or staff except at arrival and departure.. Room had an outside balcony with sea view...as in picture. 2 mins from beach. A good price for peace and quiet..
