#### Family holiday

Property compact, strange having to rent bed linen and towels never had to do that before! Area is very quiet and secluded only one bar open during the day and 4 places to eat at night so a car is beneficial! Fridge/freezer broke down on the second week and was unusable for 2 1/2 days so had to throw out some stuff, was told we would be compensated but didn’t hear anymore about it! Also don’t forget your wrist bands for the pool!!

Un recibimiento estupendo . El apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. El resort inmejorable y las piscinas estupendas. Todo perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y en familia.

#### Dégats des eaux, ménage négligé et clim HS, d'où évacuation du logement. Perte de jouissance 2 jours

Appartement bien situé, mais non entretenu, Climatisation HS, dégats des eaux (WC et baignoire), ménage très moyen. Parasol sur terrasse inutilisable, 2 jours de perdus avant d'être relogés, (à 20 km de notre lieu initial). Dommage car le cadre était agréable et bien situé géographiquement.

#### Tranquilo y familiar

Urbanización muy tranquila, limpia y bien cuidada. No tiene nada por los alrededores para pasear, ver tiendas, etc pero al alquilar uno ya sabe al sitio que viene. Trabajadores bastante amables y servicio de seguridad muy rápido y eficaz, llamamos un par de veces porque había vecinos usando la piscina casi a las 00h (está abierta hasta las 22h) y haciendo bastante ruido y en menos de 2 minutos estaban aquí para sacarlos de la piscina. El apartamento es muy completo con todo tipo de electrodomésticos en buenas condiciones. El televisor no funcionaba pero pasamos el aviso y en pocos días lo cambiaron por uno nuevo. El aire acondicionado del salón hace un zumbido muy alto y molesto pero no llegamos a pasar aviso por no utilizarlo ya que el apartamento es bastante fresco. Seguramente repitamos el próximo año.

#### Shame Novasol manage the apartment!

The actual apartment is a great size with a good layout and views. It's just a shame it's managed by Novasol as there is no love and attention put into it. Broken fixtures and fittings, missing light bulbs, needs a better cleaner, needs new bedding and towels. I wonder if the owners who are putting their trust in Novasol to look after their property know! We would stay here again but only if it wasn't managed by Novasol. Be warned of all the added extra costs too - we had to pay 40€ for thread bare towels and bedding and 84€ for electricity which kept tripping out. The cleaning fee is standard on most apartments here so that didn't come as a surprise but I would've expected it to be cleaner.
