“The hotel lounge in the atrium area was very pleasant to sit in. We also appreciated the safe/cool underground parking for our motorcycles.”

“Quarto limpo, silencioso, pedi camas separadas , no site dizia que tinha figrobar, mas tive que pedir pra colocar , mas não funcionou bem .tem elevador para chegar até a recepção mas escadas pra chegar ao quarto o que é difícil pra mim, tive ajuda do atendente , garagem a 15 euros só dia em outro local fora do hotel”

“Ojo motoristas: nos comentaron, previamente a la reserva, que tenían plazas para las motos en el interior del hotel y al llegar nos dijeron que no, que habría sido un error. Me sentí engañado. Al final pudimos llevar las motos a un parking de pago que había próximo (por suerte).-”

“The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working……

“+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.”
