Friendly locals but be street smart fast (as you would in anywhere in Latin America). Xenophobia needs to stop. I am insulted by a tiny % for my ethnicity. Did they miss the fact Torreon has large Euro population? Great weather. Rio Nazas needs water

Torreon is an industrial city - driving- it’s a pain to get in and get out - but the hotels are all in the centro área - so a 30-40 minute drive from the outskirts entering is necessary- I have been passing thru f 20+ years - not pretty
