Perfectly located, refurbished apartment in a gated complex with pool and garden

  • Completely refurbished modern apartment, with large swimming pool and toddlers pool, communal gardens in a secure gated complex. 3 mins walk to coastal path and 10 from closest beach. Shops, amenities, restaurants, bars and cafe's all within 5 mins walk. Perfectly located in a quite area but just a short 18 mins stroll along the coastal path, you will reach the harbour & city centre, with choice of 100's of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & the ever popular promenade market. Also the infamous pink salt lakes with their flamingos are within a short distance. WiFi also included in the cost.
