If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Everything about the hotel is great. Location, the staff, the rooftop. Will definitely come back.

This property was worth the stay. Very clean, staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Easy walking distance. Great view. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, the room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. We were delighted to be able to check in early after a transatlantic flight. Staff were great!

Perfect location. Excelent room, it even had a sauna!
