“For a 2 star hotel this was a perfectly adequate room and overall stay at a fair price. Comfortable bed with clean bed linen and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but bizarrely no spoon to stir my morning coffee. Otherwise a functional yet comfortable room showing some signs of ageing.”

“Great location, close to the high st. Good breakfast and really comfy bed, nice room (no4) let down by the bathroom though which is small with a poor layout and needs a refurb, we’d definitely stay again with the hope that the bathroom might be sorted.”

“A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value .”

“Wonderful host, room was clean, lovely and quiet, and I had a comfortable nights sleep. Short walk to the beach and pier. I got a ‘Too good to go’ meal in the evening from the local Harvester (Neptune) for tea. Free parking at the front (first come first served basis). Thoroughly recommend 🌸”
